Tinley Park committee approves contracts, zoning consolidation, six‑month moratorium replacement and IDOT permitting standards

Tinley Park’s Committee of the Whole on Oct. 7, 2025, approved a series of routine and policy items by roll call, including a zoning-lot consolidation for property at 17201 Bridgeland Avenue, several vendor contracts for winter tourism and holiday events, adoption of Illinois Department of Transportation permitting standards for work in state rights-of-way, a bulk road‑salt purchase, upgrades to the former Bechstein Building and replacement of a six‑month temporary moratorium ordinance affecting certain business-license, development and zoning applications.
