Orem planning commission approves consent items including Centennial Acres plat amendment

The Orem City Planning Commission on Oct. 15 approved its consent agenda, including a plat C amendment for Centennial Acres at 1670 North 680 West and the commission minutes from Oct. 1, 2025.

The commission treated both items as routine administrative business and voted to approve them in a single motion. A commissioner moved approval and Commissioner Jerry seconded; multiple commissioners responded “aye” and the chair declared the consent agenda approved.

The Centennial Acres item was listed on the consent agenda as item 3.1; item 3.2 was the staff-prepared minutes. No substantive public hearing or extended discussion was recorded in the meeting transcript on either item, and staff did not present additional materials beyond the agenda listing.

The commission adjourned the regular portion of the meeting at 5:52 p.m. and planned to reconvene for a work session.
