Staff recommended approval with standard conditions and two commitments: (1) occupancy limited to a single booking at a time, and (2) limit to six adult guests.

The petitioners told the board they had noticed neighbors and had received positive feedback during outreach. Cedric DeHue (co‑host/proposed manager) and building‑commission representatives supported staff’s recommended conditions. The board voted 7‑0 to approve the special exception. The approval is conditioned on obtaining building‑commission permits and adhering to the recorded commitments.
