Board of Public Utilities approves consent calendar and corrects minutes typo

The Board of Public Utilities corrected a numeric typo in draft minutes and unanimously approved the consent calendar during its Oct. 14 meeting.
Chair Galvin noted a correction to the draft minutes for the Oct. 2 meeting after Director Burke reported a typographical error in the Director’s Report section. Staff said a line that read "$2.30 from the federal government" should read "$2,300,000." The board entered the minutes for the Oct. 2 meeting with that correction.
The board then moved, seconded and voted on the consent calendar. A roll call recorded the following votes: Board member Wright — Aye; Board member Mullen — Aye; Board member DeWitt — Yes; Board member Bartholow — Aye; Board member Bedingford — Aye; Vice Sharon Noni — Aye; Chair Galvin — Aye. The chair directed the record to reflect the consent calendar passed unanimously.
