- Oregon Health Authority amendment (Item I-3): The board approved Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 185833 (board order 25-269) between Yamhill County and the Oregon Health Authority, increasing public-health-service funding by $352,770.33 retroactive to July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
- Access agreement (Item I-4): The board approved an access agreement granting the New Carlton Fire District use of a portion of the county-owned abandoned rail corridor adjacent to NCFD property within the Carlton city limits; the agreement is effective upon execution through August 2028. - Government Services Building professional services (Item I-5): The board approved a professional services agreement with Sarah Architects Inc. for additional design services, contract documents and construction administration for the Government Services Building in a not-to-exceed amount of $122,873, effective upon execution for 60 days.
- Consent agenda and other approvals: The board moved to approve the consent agenda and recorded unanimous passage of those items during the meeting.
Ending: Meeting minutes indicate unanimous support for all recorded motions. The board took no votes at this session that failed or were tabled; follow-up tasks and implementation steps for contracts and agreements will be carried out by county staff and the contract partners listed in each item.
