County staff recommends awarding program management contract for public health facility to Ascension Program Management

Hock said the original APM proposal included a task 1A to develop the initial scope and help review construction proposals; because staff will manage that work differently, Hock said the contract price was adjusted to reflect only subsequent tasks. Commissioners asked for clearer breakdowns to show how the $51,400 figure was derived; staff agreed to revise the chart so the public can see the numbers by task before final approval.
