The council moved and passed a motion to postpone items 10 and 11 after public comment urging denial. Later, councilmembers approved the consent agenda items listed by the mayor as items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 15, 18, 19, 20 and 21. No individual roll-call vote tallies were read into the public record for the consent agenda during the session’s announcement of passage.
