An ISAC update noted that counties are being asked to contribute to an amicus brief in the Shelby case before the U.S. Supreme Court; ISAC plans a webinar (tentatively Oct. 29) to discuss the buy‑in, and the county’s expected share would be a small amount (the speaker approximated “around the $500 mark per county”). A supervisor said he and counterparts are working with ISAC on the webinar itinerary.
