The board approved an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the City of Show Low to accept donated audiovisual equipment for one of the district’s career and technical education (CTE) classes. Administrators said Rocky Merrill, the CTE teacher, is aware of and supports the arrangement.
Under the agreement administrators said students from the CTE program will assist the city with recording, editing and publishing video from events when requested. The administration and board expressed appreciation for the city’s contribution and indicated no concerns about adopting the IGA.
The motion to approve the IGA passed by voice vote.
