Board approves Sept. 19 minutes and adjourns Oct. 17 meeting

The Forest Park Urban Design Review Board approved the minutes from its Sept. 19 meeting at the outset of the Oct. 17 session. The board then proceeded through new business and, after hearing agenda items, took a motion to adjourn which passed by voice vote.

The roll call at the meeting’s start recorded members Rodney Givens, Ron Dotson, Yahya Hassan and Carol Clayton as present and Yanni Cortez as absent. The chair stated that a quorum was present. The minutes approval and the motion to adjourn were both adopted by voice vote; no roll-call tallies were recorded in the transcript.
