The committee approved a $357,220 award for a 2025 traffic-signal repair contract and a $97,190 award to renovate a first-floor meeting room at City Hall. The committee also received and placed on file a Department of Public Works report documenting the grant of a sidewalk-builder license to Earth to You LLC. All measures were approved by voice vote.
