“Postmarks do not count for the deadline,” City Clerk Joanna Small said, and she noted that at least one 24-hour drop box is located next to City Hall in the old recreation center parking lot just north of the Veterans Memorial. Voter service and polling centers open Oct. 27; those centers also allow residents to register to vote, request replacement ballots and use accessible voting machines. Clerk Small said Colorado allows voter registration up to and on Election Day and directed residents to GovoteColorado.gov for online registration.
