Crossroads rezoning and Logistics Drive access The commission voted to recommend approval of a land‑use amendment and rezoning request from R‑1 to C‑4 for approximately 17.97 acres at 2356 & 2416 McCreary Road (parcels 1501 and 1503) proposed by Jim Lukens and developer LVA Logistics. Developer Dave Pocate told commissioners the plan calls for two Class A industrial warehouse buildings (roughly 137,000 sq. ft. each) and that the project would take access solely from Logistics Drive.
