Riviera Beach to launch public water‑quality dashboard Monday, officials say

Riviera Beach utility staff told the board Thursday they will roll out a new public water‑quality dashboard Monday that will display real‑time measurements from the treatment plant and selected distribution points.
The district’s presenter said the dashboard will include four pages: disinfection byproducts (thrihalomethanes and HAA5 averages with testing locations), raw well status (in‑service vs. out‑of‑service and monthly bacteriological results), point‑of‑entry (water leaving the plant metrics such as pH, chlorine residual and color) and an overview page with definitions.
Presenters said data will upload as soon as staff enter test results and that the dashboard will include lay‑person explanations for technical terms so residents can interpret readings. Staff said the dashboard will be coordinated with the communications team and launched Monday morning to avoid a midweek rollout.
No public comment cards were filed for the item and the board did not take formal action beyond receiving the presentation.
