Planning commission approves rezoning for 13 Baker Court properties

The Richmond Planning and Zoning Commission approved a zoning change for 13 parcels on Baker Court, moving each property from the existing R-2 classification to proposed R-1.

The parcels listed on the record were: 504, 506, 507, 508, 510, 513, 516, 517, 518, 519, 521, 522 and 524 Baker Court. The commission chair read the list into the record before the vote.
