The El Paso County Planning Commission unanimously recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve a vacation and replat for Manley Subdivision, filing 2 (file VR2310).

Commissioner Krogich moved to approve the replat “in accordance with the attached resolution with 6 conditions, 4 notations, and a finding of sufficiency with regard to water quality, quantity, and dependability” and the motion was seconded and passed without opposition.

Commission staff presented routine analysis and recommended findings; commissioners took no public comment on the consent agenda item. The commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final action.
