Petitioner Derek Maxey told the board he intends to build two houses and said the residential use fits the surrounding neighborhood.
"So I'm planning to put 2 houses there at some point, but this is the first step," Derek Maxey said when introducing the petition. The board read a planning board memo dated Oct. 6 stating the planning board "supports the petition to allow a residential dwelling in the business zone."
