The Goshen Planning Board authorized counsel to prepare a resolution of conditional approval for off-site parking and circulation modifications related to the Edward J. Lemko Drive warehouse project.

Ross Swaylovich, representing the applicant with engineer Al Moler, presented revised plans focusing on internal parking islands, a separated through-lane on Remy Plaza Drive, and vegetated islands intended to meet town code. The applicants said islands will be grassed and trees planted to meet local tree and parking-lot requirements.

Board staff said the application was previously determined to be a minor site-plan amendment and the village of Florida had reviewed related elements; staff reported no outstanding technical concerns on the revisions before the board this evening. Board members questioned crosswalk location and parking distances; the applicant confirmed striping and routine maintenance would be performed.

A motion authorizing town counsel to prepare a resolution of conditional approval was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote; board staff will draft the conditional resolution for consideration at a future meeting.
