The Dane County Executive Committee adopted the Sept. 18 meeting minutes and heard departmental reports that raised no changes to the County Executive’s proposed budget for matters in the committee’s jurisdiction.

At roll call the committee established quorum and approved the minutes by voice vote; the transcript records “motion carries” for adoption of the minutes. Committee members noted there were no departmental budget amendments to consider under the committee’s jurisdiction at this time.

The Office of Equity and Inclusion provided a brief comment on the value of local government processes related to justice and the importance of the proposed budget in supporting those efforts. County Board Office staff reported no differences between their proposed budget and the County Executive’s proposal for matters under this committee.

The committee set its next regular meeting for October 23 at 5:30 p.m. The chair adjourned the meeting after approving the day’s business.
