The Leesburg Parks and Recreation Commission approved the minutes of its Sept. 24 meeting by a voice vote at the start of the session.

A commission member moved to approve the minutes and a second was recorded. The chair called for the question and several commissioners responded "Aye." No formal roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript; the motion passed by voice vote.
