LDFA signals deep-dive review of 2014 Tecumseh SmartZone TIF plan with four years remaining

The staff presentation said they met with Ann Arbor Spark in July and that a small working group (city managers and LDFA staff) had already begun brainstorming options to present during the January budget and planning cycle.
Board members welcomed the proposal, noting that some original TIF priorities are easy to forget without a structured review. Staff recommended returning in January with a short list of focused priorities and potential projects for inclusion in the next budgeting round.
No board action was required; the item was presented for information and planning.
