Ms. Jones said that on Aug. 11, 2025 the sole member Glue Hammersal Rahmani transferred 5% of his membership interest to Rahim Amin Rahmani, leaving Glue Hammersal Rahmani with a 95% interest. Master Trooper James Cannon (Louisiana State Police Gaming Enforcement Division) said he investigated the transfer and reported that a suitability investigation on the 5% transferee was not required because the transferee does not hold more than 5% interest; he found no information that would preclude approval and recommended continued licensing of the licensee.
Mister Langley moved to approve the transfer; Ms. Lewis seconded. The motion carried with no opposition recorded in the transcript.
