The Paducah Urban Renewal and Community Development Authority approved the minutes of its Aug. 4, 2025 meeting after a motion to waive the reading and approve the prepared minutes.

"I move the reading of the minutes for 08/04/2025 be waived and that the minutes of said meeting as prepared by staff be approved as written," Commissioner Griffin said. The motion was seconded. A roll-call vote recorded aye votes from commissioners present and the motion carried.

The minutes approval was the first formal action recorded on the agenda before the URCDA considered its substantive items.
