- Approve the 2025—26 working budget as presented (general fund receipts $146,817,309.80). Motion by Miss Brock; second by Miss Burford. Voice vote carried.
- Award three bid packages for Clark Morris Middle School dugouts (total awarded $135,176): Circle G Excavating ($53,560), Macintosh Masonry ($37,296), Stewart Contracting ($44,320). Motion by Mr. Rutherford; second by Miss Brock. Voice vote carried.
- Create and ratify one LBD teaching position. Motion by Miss Brock; second by Mr. Rutherford. Voice vote carried.
- Create and ratify two athletic site-manager stipends at $1,500 each to be paid from school athletic funds. Motion by Miss Burford; second by Miss Cobb. Voice vote carried.
- Create and ratify two paid football assistants at $1,177 each to be paid from school athletic funds. Motion by Mr. Rutherford; second by Miss Brock. Voice vote carried.
