PADUCAH, Ky. — The Paducah Planning Commission on Oct. 6 voted to recommend that the Paducah Board of Commissioners adopt TXT2025-0001, a text amendment to the City of Paducah zoning ordinance that would allow the Historic Architecture Review Commission (HARC) to receive meeting pay.
The commission opened and closed a public hearing on the proposal with no members of the public speaking.
