The Planning Board presentation said the proposed changes bring the town bylaw into harmony with Massachusetts General Laws while retaining the town’s special-permit review for ADUs that exceed the state’s by-right thresholds. The advisory committee voted, by roll call, 5-0 to submit Article 9 in the current warrant.
