The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors approved its 2025 appointment to the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Board of Directors and the Urban Counties Caucus. The board reappointed Supervisor Desmond as the representative and designated Patrick Hoon as the alternate.

Clerk staff presented the item and asked for the board’s recommendation. A motion to approve the reappointment was made and the item passed unanimously with the supervisors present.

The appointment will place the county’s representative on CSAC governance and the Urban Counties Caucus for the next year as reflected in the staff materials.
