Following an executive session, the Aransas Pass City Council approved a lease and bait-shop relocation agreement with Captain Katie’s and Redfish Bay Marina LLC to relocate the bait shop to the east shoreline of Con Brown Harbor.

The matter was discussed in closed session and returned to open session at 7:57 p.m.; council then voted on a motion to approve the lease and relocation agreement allowing the bait shop to move to the specified harbor shoreline location. The council recorded the motion, second and vote; the motion carried.

Ending: City staff will proceed with contract execution consistent with the approved lease terms and return any necessary administrative items to council if changes are required.
