Tabled / Held for further outreach or procedural steps
- ACAT greenhouse manufacturing (East Genesee parcels 2956-2960): Commission held the special-use permit and resubdivision and directed the applicant to engage neighbors and staff on retaining-wall placement, foliage preservation, loading/unloading hours and truck routing. Outcome: tabled (consensus hold); neighborhood re-notification to be sent when applicant requests re-scheduling.
- Onondaga Hotel & Convention Center (MASPR-25-24 / R-2548): Commission held action; directed the applicant to meet with affected property owners (including Saint Paul's Church and owners of the Lafayette Building) to resolve communications-cable routing, clarify easements, and address parking/access during demolition and construction. Outcome: tabled by consensus; applicant to report back (suggested ~3 weeks).
- Parkside Commons (MASPR-25-27): Staff and commission adopted a SEQR negative declaration for the proposal but held final master-plan action pending a Board of Zoning Appeals variance for an additional story on Building A and further tenant outreach. Outcome: SEQR negative declared; master-plan action tabled.
Routine approvals and administrative actions
- Several 3-mile limit referrals for neighboring towns were approved (voice votes). Items included 3S-25-13 (Town of DeWitt), 3S-25-14, 3S-25-15, 3S-25-16 (Town of Onondaga), 3S-25-17 and 3S-25-19 (Town of Geddes), and 3S-25-18 (Town of DeWitt). Each was approved subject to the city engineer's review.
