The Planning and Zoning Commission continued a public hearing Oct. 15 on a two‑lot resubdivision application for property at 433 Torrinford West after the applicant said final survey plans were not yet ready.

Applicant representatives told the commission the surveyor was still finalizing plans and that no complete set of plans had been submitted for review. The chair and staff agreed to continue the public hearing; the applicant was told the existing mailings would remain on file and no new mailings would be required for the continued hearing.

The commission set no new public comment record at the meeting; the hearing will be rescheduled once the applicant provides the finalized survey map for staff review and public posting.
