Commission approves CSM for Associated Bank parcel to enable mixed‑use redevelopment

The commission approved a certified survey map to subdivide Parcel 1306.22 (Associated Bank) at 222 East Wisconsin Street. Developer Joseph Shevsky was present to answer questions.

Under the approved CSM, Lot 1 (2.29 acres) will serve as the bank site (building and parking), and Lot 2 (0.99 acres) will be combined with an adjacent parcel at 117 Warren Street to facilitate a proposed mixed‑use commercial and multifamily condominium development. City staff said both resulting parcels meet the bulk requirements for B‑4 general business zoning and recommended approval. The commission voted to approve the CSM by roll call (Feeney: Aye; Egan: Aye; Voss: Aye; Paul: Aye; Schneider: Aye).
