- Boundary adjustment/replat (P25-155) — 564 and 570 East Hanson Avenue: Council approved the boundary adjustment/replat subject to the condition that the applicant address staff comments within 30 days. Motion passed unanimously.

- Contract awards and capital project approvals: Council awarded the High School Road pump house contract to Westport Construction LLC ($3,193,557.20), approved the construction contract subject to minor staff edits, and approved related FY26 budget amendments for the West Jackson Water Transmission Project.
