Committee approves destruction of select executive-session recordings from prior committee

The motion to destroy the recordings was made by Seals and seconded by Gina; the committee approved the action by voice vote during the meeting. Staff said they will coordinate with the county clerk and the state's attorney to document the chain of custody and comply with records-retention rules.
Staff listed a follow-up task to confirm the destruction is performed in accordance with county policy and to report completion to the committee.
