- Waive reading and approve minutes of the April 24, 2025 regular meeting — approved. Vote: Commissioner Plecnik yes; Commissioner Beveridge aye; Commissioner Reggovich yes.

- Resolution proclaiming May 2025 Foster Parent Recognition Month — approved (see separate article). Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.

- Resolution proclaiming May 2025 Older Americans Month — approved (see separate article). Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.

- Engineer’s Office: Approve plans and specifications for Harbor Crossing Subdivision in Painesville Township — approved. Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.

- Job & Family Services: Authorize execution of a subgrantee agreement between the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and Local Workforce Area 5 (Lake County) for receipt of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and other federal workforce-related funds — approved. - Commissioners’ Office: Reject bids received on 04/09/2025 for the Lake County Probate Court garage project — approved. Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.

- Approve advertising for competitive sealed proposals to conduct a comprehensive strategic planning and needs assessment for senior services (proposal opening 06/11/2025) — approved. Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.

- Finance: Approve payment of bills as listed on the Commissioner’s Approval Journal in the amount of $2,014,392.13 — approved. Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.

- Approve payment of bills to CT Consultants Inc. in the amount of $1,526.40 — approved; Commissioner Reggovich recorded an abstention. Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich abstain.

- Approve purchase orders as listed in the Commissioner’s Purchase Order Approval Journal in the amount of $1,287,730.77 — approved. Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.

- Resolution increasing appropriations for various non-general fund accounts — approved. Vote: Plecnik yes; Beveridge aye; Reggovich yes.
