Mill Creek, Wash. — The Mill Creek City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda at the Aug. 12 meeting, accepting minutes, payroll and accounts payable and several resolutions.
The consent agenda passed on a voice vote, recorded in the meeting as 6‑0. Items listed by the city manager included a resolution related to the Art and Beautification Board bylaws; a resolution to extend the design contract for the Sweetwater Ranch stormwater pipe replacement; approval of checks numbers 69096 through 69162 and ACH/wire transfers totaling $394,347.04; and payroll and benefit ACH payments totaling $1,185,725.67. The council audit committee reported no exceptions.
Councilmember motion and a second were recorded but not attributed to specific members in the public record. The council asked for no changes to the listed minutes from July 1, July 8 and July 22, 2025. The motion carried without opposition.
