After discussion the commission voted to pursue a municipal planning grant to support cross-referencing the bylaw with the town plan and to help fund outreach and technical work.
Commissioners reviewed a proposed certificate of subdivision compliance that would require a licensed civil engineer of record to inspect completed infrastructure and certify that required improvements — roads, utilities, easements and monuments — were built in compliance with the subdivision approval.
