Nampa — On Sept. 9 the Nampa Planning and Zoning Commission recommended annexation and zoning for the Breckenwood Subdivision, an approximately 81.78‑acre mixed‑use project that would add 352 residential lots, four commercial lots and about 9.3 acres of open space. The commission added a condition requiring a northbound left‑turn lane at North Canyon (Canada) Road and East Landry Street.
Applicant Becky Ezigari presented the project, which proposes RS‑4 (single‑family), RD (two‑family) and BC (community business) zoning and a seven‑phase buildout. The preliminary plat calls for 68 twin homes and 284 detached single‑family lots (40‑ to 60‑foot widths), four commercial lots along Canada Road, 21 new local streets and multiple pathways.
