The Limestone County Commission approved multiple subdivision matters presented by the county engineer.
The commission granted preliminary approval for Oaks Phase 1, a major subdivision creating 42 lots in District 2. Commissioners also approved Brigadoon West Phase 2 as a minor preliminary-and-final replat consolidating lots 26 and 27 and adjacent lands into a single lot in District 1.
The commission reapproved Davis Preserve Phase 1 (preliminary and final for 99 lots and one common area in District 2) and Davis Preserve Phase 2 (preliminary approval for 212 lots, two common areas and one detention area in District 2) with the changes described by the engineer. These phases had previously come before the commission and were reapproved with modifications.
The county engineer presented the plats; motions to approve carried unanimously. Commissioners recorded no substantive conditions or amendments beyond the engineer's requested changes as stated in the meeting record.
Discussion vs. decision: the engineer introduced the items and the commission took formal votes to approve preliminary and/or final plats as presented.
