BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. — In September, Berkeley County Schools convened more than 125 students, staff, parents and community members for an Educational Futures Conference to launch the district’s Comprehensive Educational Facilities Plan, known as the CEFP, and to gather feedback on facilities and instructional priorities.
