The Board of Supervisors, sitting as the Flood Control District, approved demands and budget amendments for operating transfers at its meeting Tuesday, Sept. 30, in the Board of Supervisors hearing room at Melody Lane and Bisbee. The motion passed by a 3-0 vote.
