Kokomo council approves four rezoning petitions, including church parking lot and medical-office site

The Kokomo Common Council approved four rezoning petitions during the meeting by suspending rules and passing each ordinance on first and second reading.

Ordinance 72-13 approved a petition by Radiant Life Ministry Inc. to rezone 2418 North Calumet Street from R-4 (urban residential) to IS (institutional) to use the parcel as a church parking lot.
