The Historic District and Landmarks Preservation Commission voted to approve minutes from its Sept. 11 meeting and acknowledged recent staff-approved standard maintenance for several properties.
During the meeting the commission noted that staff had reviewed maintenance approvals for 154 Academy (window replacement in kind, permit not yet issued), 26 Carroll Street (Christ Episcopal Church rectory: joist replacement and decking replacement in kind) and 30 Garfield Place (repainting in existing colors). Staff asked commissioners to flag any work that appeared outside the scope of the approved standard maintenance provisions. The commission also agreed to review and confirm property address records and landmark status for some properties after staff raised an address/roster discrepancy.
A motion to approve the Sept. 11 minutes was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
