Following the Part 2 review, a board member moved to adopt a negative declaration for 701 South Fulton Avenue; the motion was seconded and the members present voted aye, carrying the motion. The meeting then proceeded to a vote on the application/resolution for 701 South Fulton Avenue. Commissioner Samuel moved to proceed with the vote on the application; the motion was seconded and members present voted aye to approve the resolution on the application.
