Michelle Smith, identified during the presentation as the owner and director of Kids World Learning Center, thanked the council and said the center celebrated its 20th anniversary on Oct. 1. “If you come down Savannah Avenue anytime between 07:30 and 07:45 … we serve 200 children every single day,” Smith told the council.
