The Pembroke Pines Board of Adjustment voted to change two meeting dates in the 2026 schedule.

Because the board’s first scheduled meeting in January would fall on New Year’s Day, members approved moving the January meeting to Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026. The board also approved moving the April meeting originally scheduled for April 2 (Passover) to April 16, 2026. The changes passed on a motion and second by voice vote.

Staff said the changes were necessary due to calendar conflicts and other standing meetings that use the commission chamber. Board members asked staff to confirm chamber availability for revised dates before final posting.
