Comal ISD approves conveyance of right of way to Texas Department of Transportation

The Comal ISD Board of Trustees on Sept. 25 adopted a resolution authorizing the conveyance of a right of way at the northeast corner of U.S. 281 and Ancestral Drive in Bulverde, Texas, to the Texas Department of Transportation. The motion, made by Mister Krasinski and seconded, instructed the board president to execute conveyance documents and granted the superintendent authority to sign any additional documents necessary to complete the transaction.
The motion recorded a unanimous vote of 7 in favor and 0 opposed. The resolution and supporting documents were to be attached to the official minutes as the record of the board’s action.
