The Prescott Planning Commission voted unanimously Sept. 25 to recommend approval of PLN25-002, a preliminary plat for Lafferty Ranch, a proposed four-lot residential subdivision and a separate tract reserved for future apartments on about 15.3 acres on the north side of State Route 69 across from Costco. The staff recommendation, presented by Jacob Lund, community planner, said the plat meets preliminary-plat requirements and applicable code standards.
