Riverside Local School District staff told the board Wednesday that construction at two school additions is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and that designs for Buckeye's project are advancing toward a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the board's review.
Construction manager Roger Riachi said both additions to the CP (career/primary site) and Riverview are enclosed with temporary protection separating new and existing spaces. "Project is still both on schedule and within budget," Riachi told trustees, noting only typical issues encountered in existing structures or while digging onsite.
