The five employees announced were Lacey Bailey, assistant highway district superintendent, Roads and Transportation; Thomas Bingham, assistant highway district superintendent, Roads and Transportation; John Riley, PublixWorks supervisor, ESD; Ryan Taylor, water reclamation facility supervisor, ESD (identified in the transcript as retired); and Dorothea Robinson, principal buyer, Finance. The transcript indicates not all honorees were in attendance.
