The Bellevue Planning Commission voted to approve a final plat for Quail Crossing, a replat of Lot 1 of the Catherine Addition, and sent the matter to the City Council for a public hearing Oct. 21, 2025. The application covers Lots 1 through 7 and outlets A and B at the southwest corner of South 408th Street and Highway 370.
Tammy, Planning Department staff, told the commission the application conforms with the previously approved preliminary plat and that staff recommended approval. Commissioner Michael Yoder moved to approve; Commissioner Taylor Jones seconded the motion. The commission recorded unanimous support and carried the motion.
The applicant is Quail Crossing LLC. The case is filed as SD-2508-17. The commission accepted into the record staff reports, attachments, memos and handouts before voting. There were no public comments and no conditions added at the Planning Commission level.
The approval is procedural: it clears the final plat step before the city council considers the item at its public hearing on Oct. 21, 2025. Any required city council action or conditions will be determined at that hearing.
